Masters Level Clinicians W-2 Hourly or Salary:

For new employees tier levels/benefits are determined at the 90-day performance review after successful completion of the 90-day introductory period. Ongoing tier levels are determined by calculating the employee’s average billable hours across 4 consecutive weeks.

Supervision Levels for Masters Level Clinical Professionals:

Seeking Community Clinical BCBA Supervisors & Behavior Analysts in Louisville, Lexington, Bowling Green, KY & Florence/Cincinnati, OH, apply immediately if you meet criteria below...

 

We are looking for Master level Behavior Analysts in Kentucky to assist in providing behavior services in the SCL, MPW & ABI Medicaid Waiver programs, KY Managed Care (MCOs) and Private Insurance in the community, you must meet the minimum criteria below to be considered.

Requirements include a Masters degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology or Education (i.e., we will verify your degree at www.BACB.com for fieldwork candidates) and at least 1-2 year of experience providing in-home behavior analysis & therapy services, writing functional assessments, behavior plans and providing 1:1 direct ABA therapy. If you are a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), this is highly preferred, compensation is provided at the highest pay grade, you must have a drivers license with a vehicle & insurance, pass random drug screens, federal background checks and attend paid orientation in Louisville, KY for a few days (we will reimburse your travel and time). 

If you meet the qualifications above please inquire for a face-to-face discussion, pay range between W-2 $25-$50+ an hour (i.e., based on years of experience providing behavior analysis services with proof of FA, BSP, and written work provided for review)... Five (5) years of experience in the community, providing in-home ABA therapy (not other therapies) will pay the highest grade whereas, fewer years or limited years, post-graduate level work, will pay near the lower end of the pay grade.

Executive Supervisors & Directors Clinical W-2 Salary Full-Time:

40 hours a week minimum to include duties assigned by Program Director or Designee
 
26 billable hours a week minimum is required, BCBA(s) who are licensed may assist the Regional Clinical Supervisor with BACB fieldwork oversight, rudimentary supervision training and designated tasks. Non-billable time includes supervising other BCBA(s), meetings, trainings & duties from supervisor(s) including working with CBA Executive Team, Quality Improvement Committee (QIP), BIC/HRC committee participation, supervision assistant duties as directed, including supervisor assistant tasks that involve training other behavior and direct care specialists as well as participating in necessary peer reviews. Licensed clinicians will provide supervision under direction of the Clinical Supervisor and Executive Director.
